We did it! The Massachusetts Architectural Access Board denied Scituate's request for a variance for both the curb cut and the path leading to the Jenkins School. More to follow once we receive the actual written decision. We cannot thank you all enough. Our son is thrilled to have so many backers in the community (even internationally from New Zealand & Canada)! The best outcome from all of this is that he now knows that 172 people have his back.
