According to our highly placed sources CAB (Citizenship Amendment Bill 2016) would be quietly ushered through under the guise of a “Supplementary Bill”. The ruling NDA-Government fully intends to bring the issue up on either the 6th or 7th of February in the ongoing Rajya Sabha session.
