Mid week football is unfair to the fans particularly families and those with inflexible working conditions. Monday night is a school night! Homework needs to be done, preparation for the next day, work commitments, public transport limited etc etc. And why? Because it suits the media and particularly SKY. Majority of football should be on a Saturday. I say match the Germans, stop the Monday Madness and replace with Footie Friday!
