Hello again everyone..

Well, things have changed drastically since I last wrote.  Obviously this Presidential Honor is not the President's first priority.  But when the time is right, we have or request & materials into the White House.

As far a s the petition, we have 4379 signatures.  I'd really love to get  5000 signatures.  If the spirit moves you, please continue to donate a few dollars to keep the petition going..  THANK YOU SO MUCH for your ongoing financial support.  I know I'm giving as much as i can.

Our goal as well is to get publicity for this petition. Of course we need to wait till the time is right.

Marsha is aware of what is happening and it breaks her heart.  She has spent over 60 years raising awareness and funds for refugees around the world.  In 1955, she and her husband Robert went on a trip around the world. It was on this trip that she became aware of the abject poverty in post WWIII Europe and Asia. As she says in our documentary,  "I came back a "planet patriot"...

Her mentor Eleanor Roosevelt sang the praises of the United Nations .   At her recommendation, Marsha gave her heart and soul to the U.N. through her work with the United Nations Association, UNICEF and she also produced a television documentary on "World Refugee Year" in February 1960 for the International Rescue Committee.

Over the next few weeks, i will be sending out links of songs about refugees that Marsha has written over the years.   The first song I'll showcase is "We're All One". which I believe Marsha  wrote in the late 1960's . Listen to the words.. She felt so strongly about this song that she donated the song to UNICEF to raise $$ and awareness.  I'm in the process of alerting UNICEF & letting them know that she's love to use the song to raise  money to help refugees in the Ukraine  but also in Afghanistan and Africa.  Anywhere she can help..

If anyone has contacts with UNICEF, please let me know  Or if you know of a journalist who might do a story on the song &UNICEF campaign, let me know (rogcmemos@gmail.com)

Again, if the spirit moves you, please listen to the song and SHARE it - either by email or social media. If you should make a donation to UNICEF or an another humanitarian organization, please  consider making the donation in Marsha's honor. If each of you posted the song  somewhere prominent, I'm sure UNICEF would take notice . Hope so.. Social Media is sooooo tricky but videos can go viral, as we know...

Again, thank you for caring about Marsha and her long career as an "actor-vist".

Best to all of you!

Roger
