We, the undersigned, call upon Marks and Spencer to replace the Sparks card scheme with a simpler scheme which offers money off shopping. We are frustrated with the self service tills belting out "Have you swiped your Sparks card?". Once in a blue moon there might be a free coffee offer, but only after a few hundred pounds spent! Having to activate the offers also makes it a pain to plan shopping trips.
