My motive is to inculcate #positivesocialbehavior amongst all the users of social media, to prevent as far as possible another occurrence of similar incident, of any gender, anywhere in the world.

Petitions are noticed and acted upon when the cause is noble & just. If the intent is to bring a positive change, authorities can take action and make policy changes.
