Dear South Philly Community, As we are all aware Covid 19 has had a horrendous effect on the restaurant and service industry.  Shutting down during this time kept the expenses low and our employees healthy.  In July, Colleen DeCesare had verbal agreement with the the Director of PARC a "non profit".  The Director agreed to half rent until we opened, fast forward one month, he is in now in complete denial.  We have since offered 75% of the rent until year end and asked them to spread the balance over the remainder of our lease which their Attorney Julie Berson of kleinbard has repeatedly denied.  We have asked nothing else of them. We do not need a rent freeze, we need time get back on our feet. Many other commercial landlords who are for profit would accept this offer.  We are asking you to support us, as we have supported the community for over a decade. We will not go out without a fight.  We are asking you to stand with us and let Passyunk Avenue Revitalization Corp know that our South Philadelphia family is still there and very much so behind us.    Thank You, Colleen, Jen, Jagger, and Leo.
