Thank you everyone who has signed. We are so close to 400! A few important updates:

+ last Friday, Council Member Jenkins joined residents on Seminary to hear first hand about our problems. He did not provide a solution or suggestions for how we could bring crosswalks and more traffic calming to Seminary before 2028. I will continue to follow up.

+OakDOT replied to an email about our petition with essentially the information that is currently available on the website for Seminary Ave Repaving and no response as to interim measures that can happen before 2028.

+ We got news coverage! Yomara Lopez from Telemundo reached out to Kevin Jenkins on our behalf and aired a segment about our petition and the lack of substantive response on Wednesday. You can watch the interview with me and another Seminary resident here, there is an article as well. Yomara has yet to hear back from Kevin Jenkins and will continue to follow up.
