Quick update

this is about opening up and expanding the list of accepted food safety certs that chefs have on yachts and that the MCA will accept and also at same time trying to set one standard for food safety on all yachts, whatever the flag.. I highlighted the chopping board issue to just bring to people's minds safe practice regarding the use and cleaning of them. Of course smaller yachts will use only a couple of boards..
