  1. Current planning scheme amendments
  2. West Footscray Heritage Study (Amendment C172 - Permanent Controls) - this is what we are challenging.
  3. West Footscray Heritage Study (Amendment C173 - Interim Controls) - the interim controls will provide protection to the precincts to prevent further erosion of local heritage values whilst the permanent controls are considered. Interim controls came into operation on 10 December 2021 and will apply for 1 year.
