URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT - The meeting at 6:00 pm, March 14th, 2024 at Huntington Town Hall has been canceled regarding this application. The applicant has withdrawn their application and it is our understanding that the applicant is looking to adjust their site plan.  The new site plan will still include apartments but lower the parking requirements for retail/restaurant use on the first floor so that they do not need to seek a variance. Currently, there is no application to the Planning Board, once an application comes in then the Planning Board will have jurisdiction. We will bring you updates as they are received.
