Another 24 hours has passed and although the signatures have slowed down slightly the media coverage has increased. Today the Minneapolis StarTribune published an article articulating what we are hoping to accomplish with this petition. This afternoon a Nordstrom official responded to a request for an interview from the StarTribune. The retailer said it "does not plan to remove the items from its stores." We need to focus our efforts directly at the retailer demanding they remove these items and their images from any and all sales locations.
