The petition is not a recommend of solution, merely a call to action to confront a potential locally overwhelming situation, addressing matters in advance rather than cleaning up after the fact. We are a stakeholder in the health and welfare of our community, and we need to insert our voices. Solutions will be arrive at via a meeting of the minds of all involved.
