Kelvin High school ...BRAWL 2012

Lets not forget this Brawl... Someone was VERY,VERY FORTUNATE NOT TO HAVE LOST HIS LIFE BECAUSE OF THE WEAPONS THAT WERE BROUGHT TO THE BRAWL. My deceased son Brett Bourne was at 'Ecole River Heights middle school, being mentored to attend Kelvin High school in 2013 as a grade 9 student. I see a pattern/culture... I voiced my concern in 2013 very clearly to the staff.
