In the T.V. news story (link below) Brent Bullen, COO for CanWhite Sands, stated that in his opinion, that What The Frack Manitoba (WTFMB) 47-page technical report, prepared by WTFMB Science Researcher, Dennis LeNeveu, and submitted to the government of Manitoba's review and approvals process for CanWhite Sand silica sand processing plant, was "manipulated and fabricated"
 
The only thing being manipulated in our opinion Mr. Bullen is the Manitoba public by your company.
