Close parts of the zoo for the mean time while rehab is on going.

Personal story
I went to visit Manila Zoo early this month and was heart broken by the condition of the zoo. The facilities are worn down and the animals were lethargic. Animals are kept captive for most of their life. Some of the cages were empty because animals died. Playground were worn down, the canteen didn't serve proper food, and not that much choices, the bathrooms were also in bad condition, locks were broken and no flush.
