The unpunished mistreatment and exploitation of Disabilities children and adults....Providers need to be made accountable.
In the words of Sam Smith's song I want to say in the face of what I have found out about deviant providers in disabilities who trick deceive and take our vulnerable child's/adult money and then take even more secretly "I should never trust so easily you lied to me, you lied to me... They build a facade of caring but are not to be believed I said to a friend whose son was being treated badly but it was hidden and she had to get him out his behaviour had deteriorated every time he went there... When my son was injured they moved the worker I accused and I believe hurt him. Again when he was suddenly slapping us after see some slapping going on and I complained the person in charge of the house said I havent seen anything (hear no evil see no evil cant be blamed) no workers have said anything. Of course not I said they want their jobs. Two workers I suspected were working there. Thats why we need CCTV cameras to protect them from harm I retorted to the manager. We need a no harm policy to protect our children from harm. Where is the policy? There is none. There is no legislation. We need it. The higher up manager called me and said we are looking into the slapping. I notice two workers I suspected were no longer there. Done so secretly and covertly no one is accountable.
The disability providers are not transparent or accountable for the treatment of our children in any disabilities place nor are they accountable for the money they take when they do that without our knowledge of such and we didnt even know...
I found one provider for the last year was leaving money in the bookings after using it and not releasing the remainder back into my son's funding, although they said "whatever is left will go back into his funding..."
It never did.
Perplexed at four service agreements I never made with them on a date I never signed anything I informed an NDIS call person and said what money is on these agreements I never made, he told me how much and said there was even more on old finished agreements I had signed. I never made these agreements how could they do this I said? Other friends told me providers can hack into the system and put false agreements on there...not these surely not I actually had started to trust them...because you are NDIS managed they said they can get away with it it does not make it right...
The person at the call centre said you better look at all the past bookings from last year there is money left on each of them - which the provider can still take and a substantial amount of up to $18,000 was there which they had not released back into James funds. Go to them and tell them to.
I quickly went to the provider and emailed them the list of 10 and more service agreements and bookings and said you must release these now! The person in the office who had been moved from being the manager at the accommodation house - said I am taken aback...what an act! I'll take you aback alright I muttered to myself...how dare you take his funds and hide them to get later...
I made complaints to those higher up oh yes they said we will fix this up...a week later only $3000 had been released...and then $4000 what about the rest I said...
Look we need you to come in so we can explain the process to you...the spokesman said. I will bring police to make this part of the process I said to the operations manager in my reply... I thought I would like to say, do you understand the process of being arrested for illegal activities and fraud would you like that process? What about the process of being put in a prison cell would you like that?
I ignored them not willing to take part in a lying session from their spin people making up stories to me why they took my son's money fraudulently. I demanded the whole amount of up to $19,000 be released back to my son's funding...
I ignored their invite to meet...ironically each time I wrote an email...their responding ones had on the bottom of them "If you are deaf or hard of hearing, or have difficulty speaking(they wish) call this line to help you"
I had to laugh "Im not deaf but you are - you are not hearing what I am saying - Pay back the money to my son" I am speaking clearly and actually I am screaming it. Can you hear me now?
I am not the one who is deaf... Stuart Robert and his cronies they are deaf - the pleas of the poor and vulnerable fall on deaf ears and their hearts are made of stone...
we need to smash those hearts
and the corrupt money hungry politicians such as Stuart Robert should be in prison for their corruption not put in charge of Centrelink and NDIS.
The same reforms advocates are going for in Aged Care are the same ones we need in disabilities care for Intellectually disabled children and adult children who will face a life in care when we are gone...
the reforms wanted by hoping@royalaged and tweeted by @agedcarematters we need the same for disabilities 1)the need for a new law that protects those with disabilities from harm especially the most vulnerable who cannot speak 2) transparency in running these places and how they treat those in their care 3) The need for transparency in money so that we can see what they are doing - the providers and NDIS 4)the need for trained staff and more staff to do the caring properly 5) Effective regulation 6) disclosure of performance indicators 7) public reporting of complaints and public access to spot check reports.
What is Fraud?
"Fraud is an offence that involves the use of deception to dishonesty obtain property or financial disadvantage to another. The essential element of fraud offence is deception. As per the Crimes Act 1900 (NSW) deception refers to any deception by words or conduct. 192E of the Crimes Act 1900 (NSW) 'A person who by any deception, dishonesty obtain property belonging to another or obtains any financial advantage or causes any financial disadvantage is guilty of the offence of fraud' "(George Sten and Co Criminal Lawyers 2021)Punishable by 10 years imprisonment
and section 192K of Crimes Act 1900 possessing identification informaton with the intention of committing ofacilitating an indictable offence. This offence brings up to 7 years imprisonment. Along with these are forgery crimes 1)using a false document to induce someone else into believing it is genuine and get financial advantage out of it 2)Using a false document is 10 years imprisonment and many more in this area.
There is alot of prison involved. Too bad no one ever gets in trouble in th providers for services in disabilities. They are not transparent enough to get in trouble - we know this.
This fraud can be taking money by deception by hacking into a system or forgery by pretending to sign as that person. How did they put service agreements on the portal without my signature authorisation or agreement? I queried an NDIS call person...they were at a loss...isnt this illegal? I said isnt this fraud?
they either 1. made a false agreement and said I agreed to it or 2. Signed a Service agreement pretending to be me or 3.or hacked into the ndis system and put bookings on I never knew about...suddenly now.
A whole year of tricking me while smiling and pretending they cared about my son... or saying I had outstanding funds when there were none, making up stories trying to threaten and bully...

I reported it to the police fraud department and they said they were interested.
My thoughts to the exploiting providers are "my diamonds leave with you, youre never gonna hear my heart break, never gonna move in dark ways, you're so cruel...material love wont fool me..."
Youre going down one way or another. Vulnerable children and adults are hurt in disabilities regularly and its gets hidden, of course they will steal money too and hide it... We need CCTV cameras for protection in disabilitis and we need laws to force Disability providers into transparency.
let not the those deviant providers or trick you because many of them will try...its all about the money and not your dear child at all. Because of their love of money they do not take proper care of our children and leave disbilities house understaffed and stressed and many of the workers do not follow the instructions they are given to care properly for complex children and adults that stay at these disabilitiy places out of necessity to help parents. Many parents end up traumatised by what happens to their child/adult child in care. They try to find the right places and are faced with deviancy and high prices to make the providers richer. Stuart Robert needs to be sacked from his job because he himself does not care about vulnerable people and has shown this time and time again.
We must be careful as parents and stand up and help each other fight the fight. Call out the providers on their deviancy and lies. The government is failing to do this at all therefore we must demand transparency of the providers and hold them to account and push the government step up and make the providers accountable with laws so that our children and adult children are protected from such wolves. all the best
