Dear Supporters,

We’re thrilled to share that over 5,000 people have signed our petition calling for mandatory warning labels on unhealthy ultra-processed foods (UPFs).

We urge the Government of India, the FSSAI, to Adopt front-of-pack warning labels based indicating  high fat, sugar, or salt

Why this matters?

India is facing a surge in obesity and diabetes due to higher consumption of pre-pacakged food products. Scientific evidence has made it clear that warning labels can empower consumers to make healthier choices and help prevent obesity.

What’s next?

We are now reaching out to media and public representatives to build momentum and turn public support into policy change.

Please help by sharing the petition with 5 friends or family members today.

Thank you again for being part of this vital campaign. You are helping protect India’s future, one signature at a time.

In solidarity,

Dr. Arun Gupta

On behalf of Team NAPi
