So unfortunately the EIHL (this is the UK’s top ice hockey league that Adam played in) sadly have NOT made neck guard’s mandatory!!! The EIHA (that governs all UK ice hockey at the leveL below that if the EIHL) HAVE MADE NECK GUARDS MANDATORY. 

Therefore I have reopened the petition in a bid to change this too… please continue to sign and share. Thank you �
