Upcoming meetings with Legislators -Oct. 14 and Oct. 16

I want to thank those of you who have shared and supported my petition with your signature.  I have a meeting with Rep. Fleming and Senator Reed on Oct. 14th and Rep. Decker on Oct. 16th.  I am still waiting to hear back from Rep. Rabourn and a couple other legislators who sit on the Health Services committee. 

I am requesting that they look at how my complaints were handled and my rights were violated per Kentucky Regulatory Statutes.  I will also be sharing with them the findings from the Kentucky State Police investigation which corroborates one of my grievances that the Kentucky Board of EMS blatantly dismissed. 

Open record requests are missing documents both from the Kentucky Board of EMS and also the Inspector General's office regarding the handling of my complaints.  The systems and regulations in place have failed to protect public safety and have grossly failed to hold accountable the negligent acts that put every citizen in my county at risk and resulted in our death.
