Many thanks to everyone who has signed the petition. The Petition has been going for over two years now and although we have over 3000 signatures we need more. Many of the supporters of this petition work in aged care and many do a great job considering their conditions. With such terrible working conditions it will be hard to attract staff for the future, therefore making the care scarily worse. Hospitals, childcare and schools all have ratios. The aged are amongst our most vulnerable citizens and need our support, and so do our carers.
