Issues and Thanks

Many thanks to all who sign and support this petition!

I see the issues as:-

1/ Unacceptible risks to all road users, whether pedestrians, cyclists, motor cyclists or motorists through hazards, damage or injury.

A distraction from focus on other hazards when using the highway, ie. other road users and pedestrians, animals. Swerving and weaving around them into the path of oncoming traffic or severe braking to avoid damage at risk of tailgaters.

2/When damage sustained authorities obstructive in processes and delayed replies to put off claimants. (check stats on claims submitted and successfull!)

3/ Damage that may not be immediately apparent but could cause a failure at later date with possibly serious consequences.
