I am so grateful to know that I am not alone in wanting harsher life long sentences for sex offenders. As a survivor being a victim of multiple sexual abuse and assaults from a young age the only way I can explain it is even though I wasn't murdered it sure feels like I was.

I'm incredibly grateful to still be here because there is so much to live for but I have spent my entire life looking over my shoulder, avoiding relationships, scared to trust anyone and have been in agonising mental and physical pain ever since.

I know I am not the only survivor and I urge you all to continue sharing this petition in order to keep our children, teenagers, young adults and elderly citizens safe from ever becoming potential victims. Please help save us from lifelong trauma and pain by signing and sharing to mandate life prison sentences for all sex offenders.
