May 2022. How the Free Public Lawyer Told me About the Court  Process.

The month before the Verbal Hearing for "Precarious Eviction" in the Court in Cartagena.

She wrote to me in Spanish.

I am very sorry for the circumstances that you lived and continue to live, but that evidence is of no use in this procedure. The process is very simple, asking the Judge to kick out a person who lives in someone else's house without having their permission (regardless of what had happened before).

You should use your time to find solutions to leave because nothing can stop you. Ask for help again from Social Services, Cáritas or other friends.

About "Precarious Eviction" in which a former partner lied to the Court and manipulated the Solicitor and filed false statements. 

To top it off I was told by the court official when I turned up 5 days before the hearing on June 10th 2022 that my Lawyer was not helping me. 
She knew something I did not know.  My lawyer had written to the court to say they would not ask any questions.
