Good evening,

The donation I made enabled the sharing to be 13% increase petition signing and that's in a days time. Which is a amazing. The petition still has time to go, though I will check this less frequently but updates will be given. 

Reason for that decision is for personal circusatcnes has changed. Homeless, constructive dismissal and much more all related to the claims made. Implications that the Employment Tribunal faces my predicament I am in due to the experience of not having 'Legal Aid' even with my disabilities. 

My disabilities which has led to the catastrophic implications I am in, homelessness, jobless and losing my livelihood. 

I am hoping focusing on myself will help me in this time of why I had to do to help my sanity.

As for what I emailed today to the Employment Tribunal was the evidence given with basic arguments of current events. With an instruction or request whatever, I can't cope can you help legally as I'm the evidence of my case. Surely you would hope some legal obligation must take over in this case, that individual under no ability to be represented is suffering to the point given of his own wellbeing the implications of the employer has had. Is then in my opinion legally oblige to take ownership as the evidence being myself is being damaged by these illegal actions. 

Funny New Years experience:

Had a hilarious moment playing a card game where you have to think of an answer if the colour isn't the same as your fishes colour, or you say the written answer, hoping to get caught out of selection. I suggested that nuns go to a 'rave,' which was about as believable as nuns playing bingo. Opposed to those selected being fishing or croquet. Have A Happy New Years!
