The phrase “kangaroo court” refers to an unauthorised, bogus court that lacks impartiality and fairness. These courts are often set up to create the illusion of a legal process, but the verdict is predetermined to the detriment of the accused.

That about sums up the state of the British justice system today. When prosecutors are permitted to conceal the evidence that would exonerate defendants just to secure a conviction, we no longer have a justice system that is fit for purpose.

Please help to bring about changes to our justice system that will restore it to one that is fair, impartial and equitable. The present system that permits the concealment of evidence from the accused must be brought to and end.
