Hi everyone. 

I just wanted to answer the question in the comments about why I wasn't told about the growth they found in 2013. Well, I was told that my C Spine was normal but no-one told me or any other Dr about the growth they found. I wasn't even informed directly from the Dr, I was being admitted into hospital from my old GP surgery and read the letter they sent with me which said my previous MRI scan had been reviewed and they growth was already there then so be assured it will not be cancerous BUT when they removed it and biopsied it there was thyroid cancer present (papillary carcinoma) 

If I had not read the letter sent with me to the hostel, I would still not know of their negligence. How many other people does this happen to? How many lives are being made unnecessarily ill and possibly people losing their life.
