Mr. Giddins recently made a post stating the following, "why would you want your children around a man who abused his ex wife so bad that she filed for divorce and moved to North Carolina?"

This is another desperate attempt for Mr. Giddins to gain sympathy from his followers. As always, if you're going to state something publicily, make sure you have your facts ready. 

Mr. Giddins is trying to mix two separate cases of mines together to try and give his side traction. A peace order that was placed against me by a family member, who later dropped it and we are currently on good terms, and my divorce from my daughter, Zo's Mom. 

Just so everyone knows, it's a lie. The peace order against me was filed in 2020. Zo's mom was one who called me and said the sheriff was there to serve me. 2022-2023 was when our divorce was finalized. Zo's Mom was originally living in Virginia but moved to North Carolina due to getting a job offer there. Zo's Mom and I did not need to go to court to figure out custody for our daughter. Zo's mom did not need to put me on child support to force me to help out with our daughter. Zo's Mom is originally from South Carolina and have family in North Carolina.

I have receipts. I have text messages, photos, etc of our communication and can say without a doubt our relationship is in good standing. 

Unlike Mr. Giddins' family tree. Which, I know in great detail, but I will not stoop to his level and share those details and have respect for his  family.

Understand, this is what we are trying to protect the children from. An individual who has no remorse, no conscious or a single shred of decency to report the truth and not slander people via social media. The main reason why he won't attach my name to any of those post is because he knows it's a complete lie. 

My values are Faith in God, Self-Responsibility, Family Cohesion, Business Acumen and Serving Others. I detest any form of abuse towards women and children. That's not how I was raise.
