All public service employees from teachers to police officers, most business owners, clerks, notaries, bank directors, politicians, prosecutors, judges, and all others are mandated by Constitution to take an oath and secure the oath with a financial bond.

After more study into this bond claim process you learn that if a public official, in any capacity, receives too many valid claims for violtions of oath or laws, they become un-bondable meaning they can no longer serve the public. Yes, you heard that correctly. If a public servant receives too many valid claims thay can be removed from office, permamently. Unable to hold public office.

Is this not worth helping to mandate this be a permament law in America to insure ourselves, our children, and their children that this be a way of life?
