Since we stopped all our hard background work 2 years ago. We have still been getting signatures. We have over 10,000 now. 
We have decided to leave the petition open. 
We are also still looking into a financial backer or an operative to run this as independently from MDC as a going concern. 
We are aware the splash park is £3.25 for 20 mins. And that there is not much else at the prom. 
Whilst we are unable at this time to be campaigning and pushing this. We will leave the online petition open and be progressing on the above.
