Malcolm Turnbull's banking Royal Commission

Regarding the News Corp Aust Network publication on 30 November 2017 (refer link below), I point out in case this might be missed, that this Royal Commission is going to cost taxpayers $75 million but the terms of reference will specifically exclude INDIVIDUAL CASES OF AUSTRALIANS WHO HAVE FALLEN VICTIM TO BANK MISCONDUCT. The Federal Treasurer mentions government reforms that have already occurred – what reforms? Supposedly ASIC was given greater powers but these specifically exclude INDIVIDUAL AUSTRALIANS. The Big Four Banks brag about their involvement in Senate Inquiries. However, the Federal Government has ignored the Senate Inquiry submissions of INDIVIDUAL AUSTRALIANS who have raised legitimate concerns about Corruption in the Big Four Banks and FOS. After waiting almost 8 weeks I eventually received the review of the FOS Chief Ombudsman. He refused to answer any of my questions and (inadvertently) admitted in writing that Philip Field, FOS Lead Ombudsman did not tell the truth in his determination. The Federal Government was not interested. The CBA continues to behave Badly.
