I wholly concur with this. I had many discussions with Tom before he tragically died and exploitation of these youngsters is rife. For example, at a different hostel and farm he worked several weeks for which he was not paid nor given credit for days worked towards his visa. At the hostel where he died he shared a small room with 3 others whilst paying an exorbitant rent for the bed, without any guarantee of work. These things need to be addressed as a priority.
