Following the horrific violent assault on conservative commentator, Andrew Bolt. I'm calling on our government to list Antifa as a terrorist organisation and treat it's members accordingly.

Antifa is the far-left organisation that have been reeking havoc across Australia. Any peaceful protest that is organised by nationalists has been greeted with violence from this organisation.

They have installed that much fear into our system, they've managed to shut down numerous events including my very own meeting.

In December 2016, I invited Pauline Hanson to come and talk to the Jewish community. The talk was cancelled due to safety concerns. We have a major problem when in Australia, in 2017, elected senators cannot greet the people out of fear of violence.

Australia's laws against terrorism are in Part 5.3 of the Criminal Code Act 1995

This is how it defines a terrorist organisation:

"A court finds is directly or indirectly engaged in preparing, planning, assisting or fostering the doing of a terrorist act; or, the government has listed as a terrorist organisation by regulations."

The key to that criteria is 'the doing of a terrorist act'.

This is how the law defines a 'terrorist act':

"A terrorist act is an act, or a threat to act, that meets both these criteria: It intends to coerce or influence the public or any government by intimidation to advance a political, religious or ideological cause.

It causes one or more of the following:
"Death; serious harm or danger to a person; damage to property; a serious risk to the health of safety of the public; serious interference with, disruption to, or destruction of critical infrastructure such as a telecommunications or electricity network."

Antifa does intimidate elements of the public to advance a political cause -- the nationalist movement. And it has damaged property. It has caused serious danger to a person. None of them shower so they do pose a risk to public health. So they are arguably are already terrorists by the Government's own definition.
