Evidence based legislation and policy regarding firearms classification and changes and/or amendments to the current National Firearms Agreement 1996

1. We call upon all State Premiers and the Prime Minister to maintain the Adler A110 current classification, in line with the detailed assessment made of lever action shotguns under the John Howard gun reforms of 1996.
2. We call for any and all changes or amendments to the National Firearms  Agreement of 1996 to be based in evidence and not emotion.
3. We call for full and equal industry and community participation in any and all changes or amendments to National Firearms Agreement of 1996.
4. We call for any and all changes or amendment to National Firearms   Agreement of 1996 to be based in evidence and not appearance.
