So after ADF and 1RSU got away with a BLATANT LIE in the Federal Court, Mr Falkenberg presented his case to the Australian Defence Force Ombudsman in September 2017. On 20th February 2018, The Defence Ombudsman has replied and finally acknowledged the horrific experience my friend went through during 2010-2013 in Australian Defence Force. They stated that they considered Mr Falkenberg's report a report of a serious abuse which makes Australian Defence Force responsible for their wrongdoing. Although this acknowledgement is not enough, we hope it will get Mr Falkenberg to bring him full justice. Therefore, we need as many signatures as possible to get his case to the Prime Minister.
