Dear Supporters,  

We are thrilled to share some incredible news: thanks to your unwavering support and advocacy, we have achieved our goal! The hooding policy has officially been updated, ensuring that all students can bestow the honor of hooding to whomever they see fit and the sacrifices of all families and communities can be recognized and celebrated equitably.  

This victory would not have been possible without your voices, signatures, and commitment to fostering a more inclusive community. Together, we’ve made a meaningful change that will impact countless future doctors from WMed and beyond as we've also inspired students at other institutions.
