Thanks to your incredible support so far, I’ve officially reached a new milestone in this campaign!

📨 After multiple emails with South Western Railway, I’ve now received a deadlock letter, meaning the case has been formally escalated. I’ve just submitted a full complaint to the Rail Ombudsman, including all communications and supporting documents.

🗂️ I’ve also reconnected with Transport Focus (the national passenger watchdog), who will now review the issue in detail.

This is a big step forward — and it shows what we can achieve when we speak up. But we still need more signatures to show this isn’t just about one person — it’s about fair travel for all shift workers.
