After all your public support, and a visit and letter to AT from our local elected member Gary Holmes, we have progress.

A letter arrived from AT this week. An engineer has been out to inspect the intersection. As a result they agreed some safety upgrades are needed, 

(1) tarseal 15m of Dominikovich Rd when next doing other similar work in the area

(2) Move the 40k sign that was put in recently and is right in our line of sight, immediately.

(3) Install "concealed road" signs both sides of the road, immediately,

It was no to a mirror, and a no to extending the village 60k zone the small distance down the hill to include the intersection.

In response I have asked:

Without a mirror, limited visibility remains a major issue. We have asked for tree trimming around the intersection.

I have indicated that I intend to continue campaigning to push for the 60k zone to include our intersection. Dominikovich Road has been a Pollok village road for a very long time.
