A few days after this petition started, Mr. Musk activated Starlink in Iran but it has not helped at all for the following reasons:

1- Iranian youth have financial difficulties and will not be able to buy the equipment or pay for the membership fee.

2- Mr. Musk only activated the service and unlike what he did for our sisters and brothers in Ukraine, he has refused to help our brave girls and boys in Iran any further, because the Islamic Republic government is against the whole thing.

3- Although sending the equipment to the Iranian youth is difficult, it is not impossible. They smuggle all sorts of dangerous illegal drugs from other nations through Iran, then why not risk it for something helpful?!

4- From the legal aspect, Mr. Musk is fearful of the Islamic Republic's complaint to the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) which raises two points:

         (4)1- With access to the free internet, there would be no dictatorship in Iran in less than three months which eliminates the complaint possibility.

        (4)2- So far, the Islamic Republic has killed more than 23 children and is actively arresting and torturing elementary school students (look it up). How come the United Nations has no use in this matter but will help the dictator rally against freedom of speech?
