Hello, everyone.  
I learned earlier that the vast majority of signatures have been removed; we were at 9,267 the time before the signatures disappeared, and there were only 762 when I noticed it.  There is no explanation for this. 
However, several people who had signed the petition contacted me, informing me that there is a group on Reddit who are determined to punish Neil Gaiman by whatever means possible, that they’ve been known to sabotage efforts such as this petition, and that they have at least one member who has programming experience, and it seems the petition was hacked to remove signatures.

I have zero knowledge about programming and can’t wrap my head around this being possible, but evidence and past occurrences suggest this was malicious.  

It is now even more important that you share, share, share!

Put the QR code on your phone’s Home Screen and have anyone you have contact with sign it!  (That’s how I got the majority of the initial signatures; cashiers, receptionists, etc.; anyone I talked to was given the QR code).  

Please do anything and everything you can to get signatures (excluding hacking, etc., which is not okay); let’s make up for the signatures stolen and triple it!
