1) 99,902 signatures still needed to be taken seriously by the politicians...
2) Schools cannot exclude a child for the actions of a parent, well not in East Sussex anyway. That came straight from staff at the Education Department within ESCC, check with your own County Council Education Department. Even if your child is in Secondary School, YOU buy the uniform not your child. This goes for Academies also, they still have to follow certain rules within the County Council. It's worth checking if you want to flout the Schools policy regarding logo's on uniforms!
I'm breaking the rules whilst fighting my twins School and will continue to do so regardless of how this fight turns out! But I want the signatures in order not to have this fight throughout their School life and that fight will get tougher at Secondary School. So please get all adults you know to sign. :)
