Thank you for signing my petition to turn San Antonio’s Downtown Street Performer Policy into an enforceable city ordinance! I truly appreciate your time and support.

 

I want to clarify that due to strict petition rules in San Antonio and Bexar County, a typed signature alone will not necessarily move this policy forward. Official petitions require inked signatures, are valid for only six months, and can only be signed by eligible Bexar County voters. This means out-of-state signatures, while appreciated, do not count toward an official petition.

 

At this stage, the most effective way to support this effort is to submit online comments or write letters. Here’s how you can help:
