The good news is that just ONE post to the local neighbourhood on NEXTDOOR has now resulted in 77 signatures!

The second piece of good news is that I have emailed local Councillor Max Schmit with my proposals and the petition and he has already replied.

Both he and Councillor Nicole Trehy will support the petition so I can copy them in on an email to QPR AND they will follow up with the Council Officers to see what influence they can exert.

There is another piece of good news.  It seems that QPR already has a text alert system letting supporters know about matchday, scores, club news etc.  This could easily be adapted with a filter to just give an alert  about matchdays.

This is all great news.  I won't bombard you with updates but I will let you know what happens next.

Finally I am astonished to find out from a supporters  club poll that as many as 20% of supporters arrive to matches by car.  I'm not sure what to make of that information.

Please keep sharing the petition and maybe we can reach 100!
