We started our campaign exactly 100 days ago, and it now has over 100,000 allies. That’s more than 1,000 people a day who believe, like us, that street harassment is incredibly damaging and must be made illegal in our country.
We can’t thank you enough for signing our petition. It’s both inspiring and humbling to realise that street harassment is such an important issue to so many of us. Now, to take this campaign even further, we need your help.
Here’s how you can get involved:
- Share the petition with your friends, family, neighbours, colleagues... anyone who can help!
-
Follow us on all our social media platforms. Our pages are a place for sharing testimonies, projects and updates on our progress, so make sure you stay up to date:
Instagram - @ourstreetsnow
Twitter - @nowstreets
Facebook - @NowStreets
-
Send us your story. We’re collecting testimonies to highlight how common, and harmful, street harassment is.
-
We’re working on converting this tremendous public support and awareness into real change. If you can help with media, political/legal advice or anything else, please reach out to us at ourstreetsnow@hotmail.com.
If you want to see the culture we’re up against whilst learning more about us and the campaign, listen to our interview on TalkRadio here. We’re on 18 minutes in:
