I was using my wheelchair on a sidewalk, I got stuck because the ramp was lower than the sidewalk, and the ramp concrete was broken. I had to put my chair in neutral, and push it back with my legs (which don't always work), and go over the grass to the sidewalk. This happened to me on two ramps, on the sidewalk outside of a local bank. I don't know who is responsible for maintaining the sidewalks, the town or the business, but I could've been stuck until I got help, if my legs didn't work at all.
