Government is Ousted Before Completing Pet Abduction Act 2024

Dog Theft is Out of Control
There is currently no legislation aimed at addressing pet theft specifically. Animals fall under the definition of property in legislation, and as such pet theft is dealt with under the Theft Act 1968. Despite the Conservatives promising they would do it in Last Year. 

We now have a new government and we need to convince them that This Act Must Be Completed.
