Billys Story, There are many horrible facets of Dog Theft. Some are stolen as breeding machines, for ransom, medical experiments and blackmail, all are horrendous. However, I believe the worst is to steal a pet for bait. this is the harrowing story of Billy I have tried to put what happened through Billys eyes and emotions. I apologise if you have signed and read Billys story before the message is so important it bears repeating Signing and sharing this petition on all social media helps enormously. We are very near the target of 500.000. When we reach that I will close the petition and present it to Downing Street. Thank you for being caring.
