We need to share this far and wide or it will stall. The theft of a pet dog has a far-reaching effect it tears families apart and causes misery and distress. Yet it is classed as a petty crime as our politicians refuse to change the law by accepting dogs as sentient animals, not just possessions. 

If your dog is stolen under current law it warrants no more than a crime number, it is seen as the same crime as someone having their phone stolen. Phone theft though upsetting does not cause the immense grief of a stolen dog, Please help me change parliaments minds and sign for a punishment that befits this heinous crime. The poster above was one I was personally involved in they got Fern back 6 years later and they thought about her every day of that six years.
