Dangerous Dog Update! Success!!

Council Member Amy Peck’s office made amazing strides and after months of persistency the loophole that’s made it difficult to issue a warrant for the seizure of the dangerous dog on Colleen Woods Circle, is closed! See her March newsletter publicly sharing the status! 

As it relates to the dangerous dog that's remained in our Spring Branch neighborhood since it's attack of a 4 year old... as of this morning, 4/20/23, our Spring Branch/District A/Binglewood neighborhood is a safer place to live! The dog was confiscated by warrant served by Harris County Constable's Office and BARC at 11:00am, today.

The parents of the victim have relief, thanks to your show of support via this petition, Council Member Amy Peck’s office actions, and the persistent efforts of Harris County Constable's Office and BARC. Y'all have our most sincere appreciation.
