Dr. Allan Lichtman, the legendary political Nostradamus who has successfully predicted the outcome of nine out of the last ten U.S. elections has issued strong calls for Democrats to unite behind Vice President Harris.

"Recent behavior does not lead you to be incredibly optimistic. But I do think the Democrats will finally see the light and unite behind Harris, but that's not a lock-stop guarantee."

Dr. Lichtman is famed for his "13 Keys" model, which predicts the outcomes of elections based on if the incumbent party manages to satisfy thirteen critical points. Lichtman now stresses, that one of the key points—party contest—has been put in jeopardy by President Biden's exit from the race, and swift action must be taken to preserve it.

"The Democrats could still salvage the contest key if they unite behind Harris!"
